Technology in and of itself is not how Flowhux ranks at the top in our industry year after year. It’s what we do with that technology. How we use it and what we do with the information that is provided to us.

Our API (application programming interface) gives us a real-time data snapshot for each process of order fulfillment. That information provides us with critical insights that give us the ability customize business’s workflows and effortlessly link with contacts like suppliers and internal applications like shopping carts.

Here is an overview of some features of the API protocols and how they promote your business:

Order API

Order API provides companies with large amounts of data related to orders. Orders in the system can be monitored, changed, and cancelled. New orders can also be created. If you need to you are able to select specific orders and then get detailed information regarding that order and the products they contain. Invoices can be modified, as well as packing slips. Tracking information is always available. You can also create lists for things like open orders or completed orders. Customers have the capability to create additional tracking endpoints if they need them.

These alerts give you time to place an order with your suppliers so you can avoid running out of product. And remember, the AI system can even put together a suggested order for you based on your sales history.
