Our facilities’ staff will take receipt of products and inspect them for any damages or order errors. The product is then stored within the facility and any special handling or storage instructions are strictly followed. At any time, you will be able to access your inventory stats and sales history through your online account. Our predictive system will notify you of low stock scenarios and pending expiration dates.


Inventory-related data is not the only information you can access. You can also access order-related data. When an order comes into our facility, it is transferred immediately to our fulfillment stage. From there, items will be picked and packed and prepared to ship. You will be able to monitor every step of the process to see how we are performing and get a snapshot of how things are going. It will also let you notify your customers of the status of their orders and answer any questions they may have on their end about their order and delivery.


Regardless of the type of merchandise you sell, we have a carrier and shipping method to meet those needs. Options will be available to prioritize speed or cost so you can choose the best option for that particular item. Orders can be shipped domestically or internationally with equal ease and savings. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours if received on a business day during operating hours. Those received by 2:00pm will be shipped the same day.


The fulfillment software we use can be integrated and can coordinate with your online store and shopping cart as well as those of any outside online ordering centers you may use. By having multiple streams of orders available through one easy-to-use system, your order processing is made even easier.


Flowhux will process your customer returns in addition to filling incoming orders. We process returns as quickly as possible and notify you of the “reason for return” as noted by the customer. We provide as much data as possible about returns so when it comes time to analyze that information you will get a comprehensive and clear picture of what is taking place. All of this information will be available through the inventory management system. If a return requires action on your part, we will notify you and wait for your instructions prior to proceeding.
